If people say, “what kind of positive changes have you made during your work in a institution”. Then, I would like to say “This academic personal blog of mine answers and record some of them”. So, here are some thoughts and work during my career life in Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, a fast-growing private university in Lampung Province Indonesia aiming to be one of highly qualified higher education institution. I am happy to be a part of this team. Sometimes, there are several things we need to start from zero, and there are others who need adjustment of the government policy and global changes.
